Business Help Desk
When a member has a business need, they should be able to simply tell MY AGURA what they are looking for. We can then help identify appropriate resources, professionals, services, or business connections.

How it works
- You send a request describing your need.
- A coordinator reads it, asks follow-up questions if needed, and looks for appropriate resources: members, professionals, services or connections.
- We come back to you with suggestions and, where it helps, an introduction.

- Any member with a business question or need, large or small.

How a member can request it
- Applicants can describe their needs on the welcome page or from the link in their welcome email.
- Members can open a help request from the member area at any time.
Conditions and disclosures
- The help desk points you to resources and people. It does not give professional advice itself.
- We aim to reply within two working days during the pilot; complex requests may take longer.
- MY AGURA facilitates introductions and connections. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, lending, insurance, investment or other professional advice, and nothing on this site should be read as such advice.
- Members choose, evaluate and contract directly with any professional, provider or business they work with. Any agreement, price, service or outcome is between the member and that party.
- We do not guarantee results, sales, savings, approvals or any particular outcome from an introduction.
- Some providers we introduce may be businesses that MY AGURA, its founders or its team operate or work with. Where MY AGURA has an ownership interest or receives any payment or other benefit in connection with an introduction, we will disclose it to you before you decide.
